Lotus Root Peanut and Dried Oyster Pork Soup

The original recipes called for pork ribs, however I only have lean pork. This soup is suitable for moms during their post-natal period.
Ingredients
- 350g lotus root
- 100g peanut
- 10 red dates
- 4 dried oyster
- 400g lean pork
- 5 slice ginger
Preparations
- cut lean pork into chunks, blanch them in boiling water
- peel lotus root skin and cut about 1cm thickness, rinse all other ingredients
- in soup pot, add boiling water and all ingredients in, bring to a boil and then turn to low heat cook for 3 hours.
