Garlic Chicken Soup

This soup is soooo easy to prepare. you only need two ingredient basically Garlic and Chicken. oh oh you need pinch of salt and dash of rice wine before serving.
Ingredients
- 2 chicken maryland
- 17 clove garlic (about 2 garlic bulb)
- salt to taste
- rice wine
Preparations
- peel garlic skin off and then deep fried about 8 garlic cloves, leave the rest aside
- clean chicken maryland, chop them into big chunk and blanch in boiling water
- fill soup pot with water, add in chicken and both fried and unfried garlic, then bring to a boil and turn to low heat, let the soup simmer for 1.5 hrs.
- serve soup with pinch of salt and 1 tsp of rice wine
