Apple Dried Figs Snow Fungus Soup
Serves 2 person
Ingredients
- 1/2 snow fungus
- 200g lean pork
- 1 red apple
- 1 tbsp apricot kernel
- 4 dried figs
- 1 slice old ginger
- 3 cups water
Preparations
- cut lean pork into big chunks, blanch them in boiling water
- fill soup pot with water, add in meat and other ingredients, then bring to a boil and turn to low heat, let the soup simmer for 2.5 hrs.
