Apple Dried Figs Snow Fungus Soup

Serves 2 person

 Ingredients

• 1/2 snow fungus
• 200g lean pork
• 1 red apple
• 1 tbsp apricot kernel
• 4 dried figs
• 1 slice old ginger
• 3 cups water

Preparations

1. cut lean pork into big chunks, blanch them in boiling water
2. fill soup pot with water, add in meat and other ingredients, then bring to a boil and turn to low heat, let the soup simmer for 2.5 hrs.
