Sugarcane Carrot Pork Soup

During winter time, my skin get very dry and irritated. I heard that having sugarcane is good because it help to moisturise skin also it is good to have when you had cough. If you can find fresh sugarcane at your local store it is preferable than the can sugarcane, a bit of more work though, you have to cut off the outer skin.

Sugarcane Carrot Pork Soup

 Ingredients

  • 4 stalk sugarcane
  • 1 carrot
  • 300g pork
  • 1 tangerine peel

Preparations

  • rinse all ingredients, blanch pork in boiling water for 2-3 minutes
  • fill soup pot with water, add in all ingredients then bring them to boil and turn to low heat, let the soup simmer for 2.5 hours
